Refund policy

At Biyota, we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand there may be occasions when you need to return or request a refund for your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Return Window: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Condition of Product: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of food preparation products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided for all returns.

Process for Returns

1. Contact Us: Please email us at hello@biyota.co.uk to initiate a return. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting information or images. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions for sending the product back to us.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. In cases of faulty or defective products, Biyota will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

2. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will only include the price of the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exclusions

1. Products purchased on sale or through special promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

2. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
